Warranty Policy

Mililab Co., Ltd. ("we," "us," or "our") warrants our ENWA furniture collection against manufacturing defects. This warranty is provided in addition to any rights you may have under consumer protection laws.
Register Your Purchase
To activate your warranty, please register your purchase within 30 days at studio@mililab.co with your order number and delivery address. While warranty coverage is automatic, registration helps us serve you better.

What's NOT Covered
This warranty does not cover:
- Normal Wear: Natural aging, patina, color changes in wood and leather over time
- Misuse: Damage from improper use, overloading, or accidents
- Environmental Damage: Damage from excessive humidity, temperature extremes, or sunlight exposure
- Unauthorized Repairs: Modifications or repairs by anyone other than Mililab-authorized technicians
- Transit Damage: Shipping damage (please file claims with carrier)
- Natural Variations: Natural wood grain, knot patterns, and color variations are not defects
- Commercial Use: Items used in commercial settings (restaurants, hotels, offices) have 1-year structural warranty only
Making a Warranty Claim
- Contact Us: Email studio@mililab.co with your order number, description of the issue, and photos.
- Assessment: We will review your claim within 5 business days.
- Resolution: Depending on the issue, we will repair, replace, or refund at our discretion.
- Shipping: We will arrange and cover shipping for valid warranty claims.
Warranty Limitations
- This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required for all claims.
- Our liability is limited to repair, replacement, or refund of the defective product.
- We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.
- Warranty coverage is at our sole discretion.
Care Recommendations
To maintain your furniture and preserve your warranty:
- Keep furniture away from direct sunlight and heat sources
- Use felt pads under decorative items
- Clean with a slightly damp cloth; avoid harsh chemicals
- Maintain stable humidity (40-60% recommended)
- Tighten hardware periodically during the first year

International Customers
For customers outside Japan, warranty service may require shipping the item back to Japan or using local authorized repair services (where available). Contact us to discuss options.
