Daqinggu Housing is envisioned as a lively community for senior citizens after retirement, and Taikang Health, a top healthcare and insurance company based in China, invests in it. Located in the suburban area of Hangzhou, the Daqinggu Senior Housing community site is embraced by nature. The mountain's natural elements, water, fresh air, clear sky, bamboo grove, and tea terrace are working together to boost the site and the architecture and science for the dear community.
大景区住宅は、退職後の高齢者のための活気のあるコミュニティとして構想されており、中国に拠点を置く大手医療保険会社の太康健康が投資しています。杭州市郊外に位置する大景区高齢者住宅は、自然に抱かれた地域です。山の自然、水、新鮮な空気、澄んだ空、竹林、ティーテラスが協力して、大切なコミュニティのためにこの場所と建築と科学を盛り上げています。
As the Capital City of China during the Nansong Dynasty (1127-1279), Hangzhou has well preserved a wide range of Song-style designs of the urban fabric, such as buildings, gardens, and streetscapes. The Daqinggu Senior Housing project has followed similar principles with modern techniques to blend into and stand out from the current cityscape in terms of master planning, landscape design, and architectural design.
杭州は、南宋 (1127~1279年) 時代の中国の首都として、建物、庭園、街並みなど、宋風の都市様式が広く保存されています。大景区高齢者住宅プロジェクトは、マスタープラン、ランドスケープデザイン、建築デザインの面で、現在の都市景観に溶け込み、際立たせるための近代的な技術を用いて、同様の原則に従っている。
